Differential Optic Absorption Spectrometry (DOAS)

Differential Optic Absorption Spectrometry (DOAS in UV-DOAS) operates on Beer-Lambert’s absorption law—the principle that the amount of light absorbed is related to the number of gas molecules in the light’s path. UV-DOAS systems can be used to measure a number of pollutants and trace gases.
